Installing a map you've downloaded isn't all that difficult, provided you have the proper tools.  In this document, I will explain how to download a map pack from our website, then how to install it into your Counter Strike directory.

1) Downloading The Map Pack

 Firstly, you have to download the map to your hard drive.  Follow this link to the download manager on our website, then click on the Map Pack #1 text.

It will ask you if you want to open the file or to save it.  For now, save it to your hard drive anywhere you like, just as long as you remember where it is that you saved it to. 

On the left is an example from Firefox.  Here, make sure "Save to disk" is selected, then click OK.  On the right is Internet Explorer.  Here you want to click "Save" to download the map pack to your hard drive.

The map pack is a hefty 43 MB of data, which will probably take you a bit of time to download.  Take this opportunity to get up, stretch your legs, and grab a Shiner Boch beer.  I'll give you a second to get your beer koozie all set up ...

Ready to go?  Is the map pack finished downloading?  Great, then it's time for step 2, the installation.
